Walk in’s always welcome!
We love our clients, so please feel free to drop in & see us during normal business hours, however as we may be busy pruning & pampering another customers, it may be more convenient to book your treatment using our online scheduler or if you have a treatment enquiry, please call us on 020 7388 5734 or send an email on and we’ll get back to you a.s.a.p!

Booking your Treatment

To optimise of the booking we may to swop customers between the therapists. If you want to have a treatment with exactly therapist, please specify it during the booking.

Treatment time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to fill out consultation form. Late arrival may shorten treatment time. Treatment time includes consultation and time that customer need to spend for preparing for the treatment.


We accept cash, card payments and payment through the phone.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our professional therapists. Out of courtesy please try to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations to your booking.

After 24 hours, a 50% booking fee will be levied on cancellations. If less than 4 hrs or there is a ‘no show’, the full cost of your treatment will be charged.

Medical Conditions

Please advise our booking therapist if you are pregnant or have any current or previous medical conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment. If you are unsure whether you are suitable for any treatment please consult your GP, we may require a GP’s consent letter to progress with your treatment. For pregnant patrons, with the exception of Indian Head massage, we can-not deliver any Holistic or Eastern Treatments in your first trimester. Please advise our booking therapist if you are pregnant.

Age Policy

Must be 18 or older.
